William Henry Greer was born April 30, 1871 in
Lancaster, Schuyler County, Missouri, a son of Spencer Isom and Serena
(Edwards) Greer. He married Lulu Hortense Myers, a daughter of Zachary
Henry Taylor and Mary Ellen (Ball) Myers. Together they were
the parents of five children:
